Warranty Policy

This policy forms part of Power Plus's Terms and Conditions of Sale and aims to clarify the scope of the battery warranty and how to benefit from it, in accordance with the regulations and laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

First: Warranty Scope:

  • Batteries sold through Power Plus are covered by a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects or defective materials that affect battery performance under normal and typical use.
  • The warranty does not constitute an obligation to provide performance exceeding that specified by the manufacturer or expected by the product's nature.

Second: Cases Not Covered by the Warranty:

  • The warranty does not cover any of the following:
  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, tampering, or improper installation.
  • External damage such as scratches, dents, or any cosmetic damage that does not affect the battery's basic function.
  • Batteries that have been opened, modified, or had their components altered in any way.
  • Use of the battery for purposes other than those for which it was intended or under unsuitable operating conditions. Malfunctions resulting from overcharging or using non-compliant chargers.
  • Natural wear and tear or capacity decrease due to use over time, which is a characteristic of batteries.

Installing batteries in vehicles that do not meet the vehicle's actual needs as specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

If the defect is found to be covered by the warranty, Power Plus Store reserves the right to take one of the following actions at its discretion:

  • Replace the battery with a new, identical product.
  • Repair the battery (if possible).
  • Replace it with another product of similar value if the same model is unavailable.

Power Plus Store is not liable for any financial obligations exceeding the product's value. The warranty does not cover any additional costs such as shipping or installation unless otherwise agreed upon.

Fifth: General Provisions:
