Exchange and Return Policy

This policy forms part of PowerPlus's Terms and Conditions of Sale and aims to regulate customer rights regarding returns and exchanges, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


First: Return Policy

The customer has the right to request a return within three (3) days of the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product Condition:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and with all its original accessories and packaging.

It must not show any signs of damage or use.

  • Shipping Fees:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a store error or a manufacturing defect.

After receiving and inspecting the product and verifying that the conditions are met, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.


Second: Replacement Policy

The customer is entitled to request a product replacement if it malfunctions within three (3) days of the installation date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The malfunction must be due to a manufacturing defect and not to misuse or improper installation. This excludes products installed by the store.
  • Proof of the installation date must be provided if required.
  • The product will undergo technical inspection to determine the cause of the malfunction before the replacement request is accepted.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced with a new, identical product at no additional cost to the customer.

  • Name and Contact Information
  • Order Number or Proof of Purchase
  • Description of the Reason for the Request
  • Photos or Video of the Product (if required for verification)


Fourth: General Terms:

Power Plus Store reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the aforementioned conditions.

Submitting a request does not constitute automatic acceptance, and the final decision is subject to the results of review and verification.
